Refund policy


1. To start a return, you can contact us at scs@lionscoe.com.
To request a return, please contact our team within 30 days of receiving your package. Include your order number, reason for return, and photo evidence.Once we receive your request, we will review it as soon as possible and send further instructions if the return is approved.
Please allow 1–2 business days for processing.Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. Return Due To Change Of Mind,we will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.
Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
we will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

3. Once we receive the returned item, we reserve the right to deny a refund if the product is worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
We do not offer refunds for customized items or for return packages that are lost in transit.

4. If there is a manufacturing defect with our product, we will offer a refund.However, the returned item must be in its original packaging, unused, and unworn, and must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

5. The processing of your item returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will send you a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

6. We do not cover return shipping costs.Additionally, while our return policy remains fully valid, the original shipping fee is not included in the refund.

7. All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.
Refunds will be issued within 14 business days after we receive the returned item or your cancellation request.
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as it may take additional time for the transaction to be processed and posted to your account.
