Shipping Fee
Our delivery area depends on the market where our online store is sold. Shipping fees are as follows:
Flat Rate Shipping: A standard $6 USD shipping fee is applied to all orders, regardless of destination.
Free Shipping: Orders over $50 receive free shipping.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.
Order
1.Thank you for your order! We’ll arrange shipment as soon as possible to ensure your gift reaches you quickly.
In most cases, orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped immediately after.
For customized items, please allow 5–7 business days for production.
2.If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Shipping
Under normal circumstances, you can expect to receive your gift within 7–15 business days after your order has been processed.A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
Delivery
1.For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
2.If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.Usually, we will offer you to resend a replacement with no additional fees. However, if you're not willing to wait anymore for replacement, you may choose to request a refund instead.
3.Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Tracking
As the receiver it will be your sole responsibility to track your order and submit necessary requirements to the customs or courier otherwise if the order has been tagged as return to sender or unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver not being able to follow-up or have not submitted the necessary requirements or notification to the courier, we are not able to process any refund or replacement for free and you may need to place the order again.
Parcels
1.If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our . If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact with next steps.
2.Process for parcel damaged in-transit,We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
3.Process for parcel lost in-transit,We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without any additional fees to be paid by customer upon arrival in destination country.
